Heidelberg Cement India Ltd. (HCIL) reserves the right to withhold benefits / services / information or terminate the access to the App / Website if such user breaches the terms and conditions of usage of this App / Website. Upon such termination, all benefits accumulated to the credit of the user shall be lost without the user being entitled for any compensation.
For the purpose of Sambandh plus, the decision of HCIL shall be final and binding in all respects. HCIL may add, delete, substitute, or modify the prizes/Points criteria mentioned herein including the terms and conditions. HCIL may cancel the Sambandh plus Program at any time without prior notice during the tenure of this program and this shall be final and binding on all Sambandh plus members.
‘Rewards’ are the gifts or benefits offered by HCIL, from ‘time to time at its sole discretion, to Members of the Program, against redemption of Reward points earned by the Members.
‘Member’ means the Influencers enrolled under the SambandhPlus Program.
Points earned by member if not redeemed will expire after 36 months on FIFO basis.
Rewards and Redemptions
Images and colours shown in the Rewards Catalogue are only indicative.
Points are indicative and final applicable points will be communicated before the opening of every redemption window. In case of any discrepancy related to points, necessary corrective measure will be taken up by HCIL in discretion to what suits best for the SambandhPlus Program and it’s members.
HCIL will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks, from the closure of the redemption window, to process the Rewards. HCIL will endeavour to keep the Member informed of any delay.
All taxes applicable and incidental expenditures in connection with the Rewards will be borne by the Member.
HCIL will not have any liability towards any taxes or other expenditures or the like which may apply to SambandhPlus Program or Rewards hereunder.
All Rewards are subject to availability and supply restrictions. HCIL may without notice, withdraw or substitute any Reward for another Reward (whether of comparable value and nature). In the case of the exact model of merchandise mentioned in the Rewards Catalogue is not available at the time of redemption of points; HCIL will intimate the Member of such status and arrange / offer an alternate model of the merchandise to the Member.
Rewards once redeemed cannot be changed and the Member will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, Points or any other form of goods or services except for the Rewards displayed in the Rewards Catalogue.
A Redemption Request is only valid for Rewards as indicated in the Rewards Catalogue.
Members shall take open delivery of Rewards from the courier or branch offices, as indicated/informed to the Members. Members are requested not to accept damaged Rewards and intimate any complaints via the application or Toll-Free Helpline. HCIL shall not entertain any complaints post acknowledgement / delivery/ acceptance of Rewards by the Members.
The Standard Warranty Terms of the Manufacturers would be applicable and must be directly addressed to Brand. HCIL will not be responsible for manufacturing or product defects post usage of the product delivered as reward points.
Redemption value will be calculated as per the market value of redeemed gift items after factoring shipping cost & applicable discounts
As per section 194R of Income Tax Act, 1961 if the redemption value of the gift(s) to the member is equal to or more than Rs.20,000/- in financial year then TDS @10% shall be deducted subject to availability of valid PAN. In the absence of a Valid PAN TDS @ 20% shall be deducted from the redemption value as per the provisions of Section 206AA.
The member agrees that the TDS deduction mentioned in aforesaid clause shall be deducted from the accumulated points/balance in the name of the said member.
