Q1. What is Sambandh plus?
A1. Sambandh plus is a Loyalty program designed specially to acknowledge and reward HC India influencers for their association and contribution to the growth and development of MYCEM/Zuari as a brand. It is an effort from our end to reward the loyalty of our customers. As a part of the Sambandh plus family, registered Influencers can earn points and redeem them against attractive gifts as well as participate in special events, engage in fun activities and contests.
Q2. How can I Join this program?
A2. Any influencer can join the Sambandh plus Program by registering with Mycem/Zuari Cement. Just contact your nearest HCL officer or Dealer or our helpdesk number.
Q3. How do I earn points?
A3. Purchase/Sales registration will be done by the influencer thru mobile App interface. Influencer will log in to Sambandh plus APP VIA OTP and punch the sales by selecting the linked dealers in the drop down. We also encourage influencer to provide the site address for the bag consumed.
Q4. How does the redemption Process work?
A4. The Redemption Process is very simple. HC India will announce the redemption window few days in advance in the app. You can login to your Sambandh plus app to choose from the wide range of products and gift cards.
Select the product to be redeemed, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout or add more products if your points permit. Once your order is confirmed, the product(s) will be delivered at the doorstep of your registered address in the app. You can track your order through the Sambandh plus App. You shall also receive updates through SMS about your order status.
Q5. Can the gifts in the catalogue change or will they remain same forever?
A5. The gifts provided in the catalogue may be updated or changed as per availability of products. They may also be changed if HC India deems it necessary to provide a fresh range of products.
Q6. What are points?
A6. The Program reward currency is in the form of Sambandh plus Points. The members of the program will be rewarded with points as per sales registered by them. No monetary value can be assigned to these points. Please refer to program T&C section in the app for more details.
Q7. Can I adjust my outstanding against the available points or can I convert my points into Rupees?
A7. Please note that points cannot be converted to Rupees under any circumstances. Points are to be redeemed against rewards listed in the Rewards Catalogue.
Q9. Where will my gifts be delivered?
A9. The gifts redeemed will be delivered to the premises of the registered address in app of the Sambandh plus members. It is sole responsibility of the influencer to keep updated in the app.
Q10. How can I track the gift order delivery?
A10. To ensure end-to-end support for our members, we ensure that you can track your order through your profile. You need to login to your account through the Sambandh plus website or app, login to your account, go to ‘My Account,’ then to ‘My Order’ and view the list of your orders. To get the details for the same, you can click on ‘View’ and get the details of your order too.
Q11. How frequently I can burn points?
A11. Sambandh plus redemption window will be announced by HC India in advance. Notification regarding redemption window will be published in the app.
Q12- How to attach a new counter in the counter drop down list?
A12.Incase an influencer has started taking material from a new counter he has to contact his concerned officer over the phone with necessary details. Counter will start appearing in the drop down in 24-48 hours’ time.
Q13: What options are available to influencer in case of any query?
A13.Sambandh plus app can be accessed 24*7, 365 days in a year while the call center 1800 571 7136 operates from Monday to Saturday.
